Cancellation Policy

Private Training Session Policy By booking a private training session with South Jersey K9, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Sessions are scheduled for active clients with a signed training agreement on file. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions canceled with less notice may be deducted from your training package. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe training environment for the duration of the session. Training equipment provided by South Jersey K9 must be used as instructed during sessions. Payment for training programs is handled separately. Booking access is granted once payment has been received and the appropriate training package has been assigned. A separate training agreement and waiver will be provided via email and must be signed prior to the first session.
