Service Description
This free evaluation call allows us to learn more about your dog, your household, and the challenges you’re experiencing. During the call, we’ll discuss your dog’s behavior, daily routine, and training goals, and determine whether an in-home evaluation or training program is the right next step. This call is low-pressure, informative, and designed to give you clarity before moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Focused Coaching Sessions are one-time, goal-based sessions. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Session Scope Each session is limited to one (1) primary training goal. These sessions are appropriate for puppy foundations, basic obedience, manners, or specific skill coaching. Focused Coaching Sessions are not a replacement for full training programs and do not include group classes or ongoing training support. Aggression or serious behavior modification cases are not eligible; if additional support is needed, we will recommend the appropriate training option. Cancellations & Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session, as well as no-shows, may result in forfeiture of the session. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Refund Policy Due to reserved time and scheduling, Focused Coaching Sessions are non-refundable once booked. If South Jersey K9 must reschedule for any reason, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Participation Requirements An adult handler (18+) must be present and actively participate for the full session. Dogs must be healthy and up to date on vaccinations. Please ensure your dog has been pottied prior to the session. Training Recommendations At the end of the session, trainers may provide honest recommendations for next steps, which may include continued practice at home or additional training services. There is no obligation to continue beyond the Focused Coaching Session. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
